Our Preschool dance program
Our preschool dance classes are taught by Miss Krista Sharp, Early Childhood Educator and Dance Instructor, and offer a FUN, nurturing environment in which students begin to develop basic dance skills, use of creativity and imagination that transfer to all dance disciplines! Here are just a few of the skills taught in our preschool classes: listening to music, responding to music, enhancing balance and coordination, dance posture and positions, spacial awareness, and dance etiquette!

Our recreational classes for ages 5 & up are for any students that are interested in learning to dance without the pressures of festival/competition performances or examinations in dance.
We aim to make these classes fun and relaxed, while also educating dancers in the foundations of dance to ensure safe practice and provide a solid base from which to move into our performance stream, if desired.

Performance (competitive/exam) Classes
Dance Squad - Competition Groups
Students in the performance stream perform their group dances at festivals and competitions around the province, and participate in our many community performances!
Students are also encouraged to pursue examinations through internationally recognized Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) for Ballet and ADAPT (Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers) for Jazz & Tap and Canadian Dance Teacher's Association (CDTA) Tap.
Students are placed in appropriate classes for their age and level of training by our certified and registered teachers. Students may be required to take multiple classes across disciplines to improve and maintain technical and performance strength and condition.
